We Review Your Credentials

We verify that your credentials and experience match the domains we actively source for.
If we need clarification, we'll reach out directly before making a decision.
Approved experts receive an email with their portal access and next steps.
Finish the Bloom Training Program
Bloom is our structured onboarding program: three short modules covering platform orientation, quality standards, and task completion, plus a qualification quiz.
All three modules and the quiz take less than 30 minutes to complete.
You can pause and resume at any point. Progress is saved automatically.
Passing the qualification quiz at the end adds you to our pool of approved experts, ready to be matched with projects.
Receive Project Invitations
Once you're vetted and have completed Bloom, you're added to our pool of approved experts. You do not need to hunt for work.
When a client project comes in that matches your domain, credentials, and availability, our team invites you directly.
Each invitation includes the project brief, format requirements, worked examples, scoring rubric, and timeline, ambiguity is eliminated before you accept.
Accept or decline any invitation. You only work on projects that genuinely fit your expertise and your schedule.
Complete and Submit
Submit your work through the platform before the task deadline.
Every submission is reviewed by a human reviewer, nothing is auto-approved.
If revisions are needed, you'll receive specific, actionable feedback.
Revise and resubmit within the task window. Accepted submissions are paid on schedule.
Receive Your Earnings
Earnings are deposited directly to your account on a regular payment schedule.
Rates range from $35–$250/hr depending on your domain and the complexity of the task.

How much time do I have to commit each week?
There is no minimum. When a project that fits your expertise comes in, you receive an invitation and can accept or decline based on your availability. Some experts contribute a few hours a week; others treat it as a significant income stream. It is entirely up to you.
Do I need to have prior AI experience?
No. Bloom covers everything you need to know about producing AI training data. Your domain expertise is what qualifies you, we handle the rest through training.
How is my pay rate determined?
Pay is hourly. Your rate is based on your domain, credentials, and experience, and is set when you are onboarded. As your quality score improves, you gain access to higher-complexity work.
What kind of tasks will I be doing?
Tasks vary by domain but generally involve annotating, evaluating, generating, or comparing content that requires genuine subject matter expertise. You will always know exactly what is expected before you claim a task.
Is the work confidential?
Yes. All experts sign an NDA covering task content at signup. Task details, client information, and submissions are confidential and may not be shared or discussed outside the platform.
What happens if my submission is rejected?
You will receive specific feedback explaining what needs to change. You can revise and resubmit within the task window. Persistent quality issues affect your quality score and may reduce task access over time.
