Who has to complete Bloom?
Every expert approved by Pasiflora AI completes Bloom before they can be staffed on a project. There are no exceptions. Two reasons: it keeps data quality consistent across the network, and it means you are ready to go the moment a project fits you. Client contracts often need people working within a day, so we staff from the pool of experts who are already cleared. Finishing Bloom now is what keeps you in that pool.
How long does it take?
Most experts complete all three modules and the qualification quiz in about 30 minutes. You can pause and resume at any point, progress is saved automatically.
What happens if I fail the quiz?
You can retake the qualification quiz. We want every expert to pass, the modules give you everything you need. If you're struggling with a concept, review the relevant module before retaking.
Does Bloom count toward my earnings?
No, Bloom is unpaid, and we would rather be straightforward about that than dress it up. It is about half an hour. What you get for it is being staffable immediately: when a contract lands and we need people working within a day, we go to the experts who are already cleared. It is also a genuine orientation if you are new to human data work, which most people are, so you know what the work actually involves before you are in the middle of a paid project.
Does finishing Bloom mean I will get work?
No, and we want to be honest about this rather than let you assume otherwise. Bloom makes you eligible and ready, it does not assign you anything. Work comes when a client project needs your specific expertise, and we email you directly when that happens. How soon depends entirely on which projects our clients bring us, so it can be a long quiet stretch in some fields. A quiet inbox is not a rejection and there is no queue to check on.
Can I access Bloom before I'm approved?
