About the Role
Certified welders and fabrication experts are needed to train AI on welding techniques, material selection, safety, and fabrication processes.
Requirements
- •AWS CWI, CWS, or equivalent welding certification preferred
- •5+ years of welding and fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- •Deep knowledge of metal properties, joint design, and weld quality inspection
- •Experience across multiple industries (structural, pipe, sheet metal)
- •Ability to clearly explain technical welding processes in writing
Responsibilities
- •Review AI welding procedure guides and safety checklists
- •Evaluate AI answers to fabrication and material questions
- •Create realistic welding scenarios and quality standards
- •Assess AI content for technical and safety accuracy
