What this pays
Rates are set by the client project, not by us, and we do not know them until a contract is in place. Work is paid hourly or per task depending on the engagement. We would rather tell you that than publish a figure we cannot stand behind.
About the Role
Licensed tax preparers and enrolled agents are needed to train AI on tax preparation, IRS regulations, deductions, and filing procedures.
Requirements
- •IRS PTIN required; EA or CPA credential strongly preferred
- •3+ years of individual or small business tax preparation experience
- •Deep knowledge of federal and state tax law (Form 1040, Schedule C, S-corp, etc.)
- •Experience with professional tax software (Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries)
- •Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- •Review AI tax guidance and filing recommendations
- •Evaluate AI answers to common taxpayer questions
- •Create realistic tax scenarios including deductions and credits
- •Flag IRS rule errors or outdated information in AI outputs
