About the Role

Requirements
- •5+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience with a proven track record
- •Experience coaching or training sales teams
- •Deep knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
- •Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- •CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Responsibilities
- •Review AI-generated sales scripts and talk tracks
- •Evaluate AI coaching feedback for quality and accuracy
- •Create realistic sales call scenarios and objection libraries
- •Train AI on pipeline management and deal coaching
