About the Role
Registered nurses are needed to train AI on patient assessment, clinical decision-making, care planning, and healthcare communication.
Requirements
- •Active RN license (BSN preferred; MSN or DNP welcome)
- •3+ years of clinical nursing experience in any specialty
- •Strong clinical knowledge across patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
- •Excellent written communication for clear, patient-safe documentation
- •Specialty certifications (CCRN, CEN, CNOR, etc.) are a plus
Responsibilities
- •Review AI clinical assessments and nursing care plans
- •Evaluate AI patient communication and education materials
- •Create realistic nursing scenarios and clinical decision points
- •Flag medical inaccuracies or unsafe recommendations in AI outputs
