About the Role
We are seeking Psychology and Mental Health PhDs, including clinical psychologists, research psychologists, and neuroscientists, to help train AI on behavioral science, psychological assessment, mental health conditions, and therapeutic approaches. Your expertise will help AI engage with psychological content responsibly and accurately.
Requirements
- •PhD in Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Neuroscience, or related field
- •Strong knowledge of DSM-5/ICD-11 diagnoses and evidence-based treatments
- •Research or clinical experience in mental health, cognition, or behavior
- •Ability to explain psychological concepts clearly and ethically
- •Familiarity with CBT, DBT, ACT, or other modalities is a plus
Responsibilities
- •Generate training examples on psychological theories, assessment, and treatment
- •Review AI outputs on mental health topics for clinical accuracy and safety
- •Evaluate AI responses on cognitive, behavioral, and emotional topics
- •Create benchmark cases for psychological diagnosis and case conceptualization
- •Flag harmful, stigmatizing, or clinically inaccurate AI content
