About the Role
We are seeking licensed Medical Specialists (MD or DO) across clinical specialties to train AI models on medical diagnosis, treatment protocols, clinical reasoning, and patient safety. Your expertise will help AI handle medical questions with the accuracy and nuance that healthcare requires. This is a high-compensation remote role for practicing or former clinicians.
Requirements
- •MD or DO with board certification or eligibility
- •Active or recent clinical practice in any specialty
- •Strong knowledge of evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines
- •Ability to write clear, structured clinical explanations
- •Internal medicine, emergency medicine, or primary care backgrounds are especially sought
Responsibilities
- •Generate high-quality clinical reasoning examples and differential diagnoses
- •Review AI outputs for medical accuracy, safety, and clinical appropriateness
- •Create training data on diagnosis, pharmacotherapy, and treatment planning
- •Evaluate AI clinical explanations against current guidelines (USPSTF, AHA, ACOG, etc.)
- •Flag medically dangerous or misleading AI-generated content
