About the Role
K-12 teachers and curriculum specialists are needed to train AI on lesson planning, curriculum design, differentiated instruction, and student assessment.
Requirements
- •State teaching license and 3+ years of K-12 classroom experience
- •Deep knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum standards (Common Core, NGSS, etc.), and differentiated instruction
- •Experience teaching one or more core subjects at the elementary, middle, or high school level
- •Strong written communication for clear, grade-appropriate explanations
- •Ability to evaluate educational content for rigor, accuracy, and age appropriateness
Responsibilities
- •Review AI-generated lesson plans and curriculum materials
- •Evaluate AI instructional strategies for age-appropriateness and effectiveness
- •Create realistic classroom scenarios and student challenges
- •Train AI on differentiated instruction and formative assessment
