About the Role
We are seeking HR Generalists to help train AI on human resources processes, employee relations, and people operations. You will review AI-generated HR content, create realistic workplace scenarios, and evaluate responses on compliance, fairness, and best practices.
Requirements
- •3+ years of generalist HR experience
- •Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
- •Experience managing benefits, onboarding, and employee relations
- •SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- •Review AI responses to HR policy and employee relations questions
- •Generate training scenarios covering performance management, onboarding, and conflict resolution
- •Evaluate AI-generated HR documents for accuracy and compliance
- •Provide feedback on tone, fairness, and legal appropriateness
