About the Role
We are seeking History and Philosophy PhDs, historians, philosophers, ethicists, and intellectual historians, to train AI on historical analysis, philosophical argumentation, ethics, and critical reasoning. This role is ideal for humanities scholars who want their expertise to shape how AI engages with ideas, history, and ethical questions.
Requirements
- •PhD in History, Philosophy, Ethics, Political Theory, or related humanities field
- •Strong analytical writing and argumentation skills
- •Ability to engage with primary sources, philosophical texts, and historical evidence
- •Deep knowledge in at least one area: historical period, philosophical tradition, or ethical theory
- •Comfort working with diverse intellectual traditions across cultures
Responsibilities
- •Create training examples on historical analysis, philosophical arguments, and ethical reasoning
- •Review AI outputs on history and philosophy for accuracy, nuance, and intellectual honesty
- •Generate content on ethical dilemmas, political philosophy, and historiography
- •Annotate AI responses with scholarly context and counterarguments
- •Develop benchmark questions that test AI reasoning in humanities domains
