About the Role
We are hiring Engineering Specialists across mechanical, electrical, civil, and chemical engineering disciplines. You will help train AI on engineering principles, design problems, thermodynamics, structural analysis, circuit theory, and more. This role is ideal for licensed engineers or engineering PhDs who want to apply their expertise in AI development.
Requirements
- •BS or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Aerospace Engineering
- •PE license or 5+ years of professional engineering experience preferred
- •Deep knowledge in at least one engineering discipline
- •Ability to solve and explain real-world engineering design problems
- •Proficiency with engineering tools (MATLAB, CAD, SPICE, or similar)
Responsibilities
- •Solve engineering design problems and provide clear step-by-step solutions
- •Review AI explanations of engineering principles for accuracy
- •Generate training data on thermodynamics, circuits, structural analysis, and materials
- •Create realistic engineering scenario problems with graded solutions
- •Evaluate AI-generated calculations and designs for correctness
