We are hiring Education and Pedagogy Experts, curriculum designers, learning scientists, and educational researchers, to help train AI on teaching methods, learning theory, curriculum design, and educational assessment. Your expertise will help AI become a more effective and thoughtful tutor and educational tool.

Requirements

• •Masters or PhD in Education, Learning Sciences, or Curriculum & Instruction
• •Deep knowledge of learning theory (Vygotsky, Bloom, constructivism, etc.)
• •Experience designing curriculum, assessments, or instructional materials
• •Ability to explain pedagogical concepts clearly and practically
• •Background in K-12, higher education, or professional learning contexts

Responsibilities

• •Create training examples on effective teaching methods and learning design
• •Review AI-generated educational content for pedagogical soundness
• •Generate content on curriculum development, formative assessment, and instructional design
• •Annotate AI tutoring interactions with feedback on clarity and scaffolding
• •Develop benchmark tasks for AI educational reasoning and explanation quality
