About the Role
We are hiring Contract Law Specialists with deep experience in commercial contracts, M&A agreements, employment contracts, and SaaS/licensing agreements. You will train AI to draft, review, and analyze contract language with legal precision. This is a specialized role for transactional attorneys who want to improve how AI handles commercial legal work.
Requirements
- •JD with 3+ years of transactional or contract law experience
- •Expertise in commercial contracts, NDAs, licensing, or M&A documentation
- •Strong contract drafting and redlining skills
- •Ability to identify ambiguity, risk, and enforceability issues in contract language
- •Bar admission in any US jurisdiction
Responsibilities
- •Draft and review sample contracts with expert-level legal commentary
- •Evaluate AI-generated contract clauses for legal precision and enforceability
- •Create training examples on contract formation, breach, remedies, and negotiation
- •Annotate contract language with risk analysis and drafting recommendations
- •Develop benchmark tasks for AI contract review and drafting
