Linguistics & NLP Experts

About the Role

We are looking for Linguistics and NLP Experts, computational linguists, theoretical linguists, and language technologists, to train AI on grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and natural language understanding. Your expertise will help AI models handle language with the nuance and accuracy that real communication demands.

Requirements

• •PhD or Masters in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or NLP
• •Deep knowledge in at least one area: syntax, semantics, morphology, or pragmatics
• •Experience with NLP tools (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers)
• •Familiarity with linguistic annotation and corpus creation
• •Knowledge of one or more languages beyond English is a plus

Responsibilities

• •Create training examples on linguistic theory, grammar, and language analysis
• •Review AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, pragmatic appropriateness, and coherence
• •Generate NLP training data covering parsing, NER, coreference, and discourse
• •Annotate text with linguistic structure (POS, dependency, semantic roles)
• •Develop benchmark tasks for AI language understanding and generation
