About the Role

We are looking for Chemistry and Biochemistry PhD experts to help train AI models with expert-level chemical knowledge. You will work on problems spanning organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, molecular biology, and drug-target interactions. Your expertise will directly improve how AI understands chemistry at a graduate and professional level.

Requirements

• •PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• •Expertise in organic chemistry, physical chemistry, or biochemistry
• •Familiarity with spectroscopic methods (NMR, MS, IR)
• •Experience using computational chemistry tools (Gaussian, RDKit) is a plus
• •Strong written communication to explain complex chemistry clearly

Responsibilities

• •Write and solve chemistry problems spanning undergraduate through PhD level
• •Validate AI-generated reaction mechanisms and molecular explanations
• •Create training data for organic synthesis, biochemistry, and analytical chemistry
• •Review model outputs for chemical accuracy, nomenclature, and safety
• •Annotate datasets with correct IUPAC names, structures, and properties
